The New, Renew and Enable strategy

To produce apps in line with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP has the strategy of NEW, RENEW and ENABLE.

SAP produces brand-new applications under the NEW UX Strategy to meet business requirements. Existing applications will be renewed under the RENEW UX strategy. ENABLE is to provide the right set of tools so that customers can produce their own apps following the SAP Fiori design guidelines and principles.

  • Complex applications are decomposed to several simple activity-based apps. Since business process applications are broken to several apps, a set of apps may be required to complete a process.
